As Executive Director, you will maintain the client’s long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers on the C-level of NEOM, with a high level of support & budget available to achieve revenue goals.


Job Summary

  • Generate additional revenue of €25m-€30m by building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers on C-level of NEOM.
  • Build up a pipeline of work with Saudi Government and NEOM, targeting higher level management at NEOM in the Construction, Built Environment, Infrastructure, and related sectors.
  • Act as an interface between the local sales team and client senior management, conducting regular status and strategy meetings to understand their needs and link them to the client's comprehensive solutions.
  • Integrate yourself with the senior management and leadership in Saudi Arabia, including at Riyadh and the NEOM base camp, to build good/strong relationships, and source opportunities.
  • Report to the Regional EVP India & Middle East, & Asia.

Requirements:

  • Possess the ability to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers on C-level of NEOM.
  • Have a strong background in any of the following markets; Construction, Built Environment, Infrastructure, TIC market, Consultancy Services, Quality/Compliance/Inspections/Audit services.
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. German language is also a plus.
  • Have experience working with and leading multicultural teams.
  • Be willing to relocate to NEOM base camp and travel as required.
