Job Purpose:
Drive growth in the industrial inspections market by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while managing and expanding key accounts. The Sales Manager will focus on increasing market share in Saudi Arabia by leveraging industry expertise and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Actively hunt for new sales opportunities in the industrial inspections sector, focusing on areas such as equipment inspections, pipeline integrity assessments, non-destructive testing (NDT), welding inspections, and safety audits.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Identify potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert leads into business deals.
2. Market Understanding:
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including industry regulations, standards, and key players, to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Stay informed on developments in the TIC sector to identify new growth opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their inspection needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage large accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
4. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and operational staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on performance against targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and market trends to senior management.

- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industrial inspections market in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.

- Negotiation Skills: Expert in closing complex deals that meet both client and company needs.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the TIC sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts.
- Strong network within the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia.
