Job Purpose:
Ensure efficient certification reviews and decision-making, supporting internal stakeholders in delivering services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Assist in developing technical and professional training for auditors to meet business needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate to monitor agents proactively.
Resourcing:
- Identify opportunities for knowledge development and ensure adequate resources are available for a robust compliance management system.
- Oversee contract reviews, audit report decisions, client certificate updates, and auditor recruitment.
Delivering:
- Stay alert to emerging compliance risks and opportunities, especially changes in accreditation requirements and company service offerings.
- Ensure targets are met and risks are minimized.
Reporting:
- Provide reports, feedback, and performance statistics on key compliance processes as needed to support business objectives.
Success Criteria:
- The company leads in providing certification services in its target markets.
- High-quality support materials and guidance are available for auditors.
- Effective communication with internal parties on compliance process changes.
Context:
