Location: Denver, Colorado

Job Purpose:
To achieve sales targets for new certifications and cross-sell additional products and services offered by this certification body.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling:

  • Handle new inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information to potential clients.
  • Follow up on both new and existing client quotations.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products within the company portfolio.
  • Regularly follow up with existing client accounts to maintain strong relationships.
  • Leverage opportunities with existing clients through effective relationship management.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve objectives.
  • Meet agreed sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.

Supporting:

  • Collaborate with the Client Service and Field Audit teams to address general client inquiries.
  • Contribute to enhancing the client experience and identifying ways to improve conversion rates across the team, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director.

Administrative:

  • Maintain accurate client records using established systems and procedures, including logging ‘Activities’.

Success Criteria:
Achieving the targeted monthly, annual, and rolling quarterly levels of new certification sales and cross-sales of other products and services offered by this certification body.

Competencies:

  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company’s products.
  • Positive, friendly, and driven attitude.
  • Ability to establish trust and build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent persuasive skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively to maintain high client satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
