Job Purpose:
To achieve sales targets for new certifications and cross-sell additional products and services offered by this certification body.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling:
- Handle new inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information to potential clients.
- Follow up on both new and existing client quotations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products within the company portfolio.
- Regularly follow up with existing client accounts to maintain strong relationships.
- Leverage opportunities with existing clients through effective relationship management.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve objectives.
- Meet agreed sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.
Supporting:
- Collaborate with the Client Service and Field Audit teams to address general client inquiries.
- Contribute to enhancing the client experience and identifying ways to improve conversion rates across the team, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director.
Administrative:
- Maintain accurate client records using established systems and procedures, including logging ‘Activities’.
Success Criteria:
Achieving the targeted monthly, annual, and rolling quarterly levels of new certification sales and cross-sales of other products and services offered by this certification body.
